There's two ways:
-If you're on the Heroic route, it'll start after you complete Sarah's Mind.
-If you're enslaving people, simply enslave any 3 people and speak to Jane in her room.
During the first option you get (admit or deny it), admit it for an affection and trust boost.
Speak to her again and the lessons will start.
You'll need Suppression (Default), Charm, Flirt and Transform (in that order) to complete her four classes.
