The restaurant is one of the areas in Adventure High.
It's only possible to access by dating Val and either having fixed Ashley's mind or agreeing to tag along.
It's unknown if this area will be possible to get access to freely in future updates, or if it will be an area solely for certain date scenes.
It's one of two areas that's normally not possible to access.
