Yeah, the wiki staff does *not* care if it's for adults only, or a kid's show - tits = GTFO. Weird, I know.
I downloaded the game without issue (and I checked - it's version 0.53).
In case you can't download it, here's a link that I created to the MEGA upload instead (I'll try and not make this a habit, as it's not my game, but I figure it could help people). https://mega.nz/#!MxYWxYSQ This should you let download the latest version as a zip file without issue.
Sadly, it means that you cannot keep your savefiles and will have to start from scratch (or so I think, anyway).
Then again, you can just go ↑↑↓↓←→←→BA in your room to instantly get a bunch of useful things... For a price.
The price, of course, being your immortal soul.
