Depends on what you mean by recovery.

Basically, this happens:

-After you have accessed floor 14 and seen the previous scenes (defeated the Mind Berserker), Ashley gets "fixed" by Julia (except she fails at it).

-After that, depending on if you have Sarah's Mom or not, you'll either have to visit floors 12-15 (in that order) or simply wait on floor 15 for a while.

-After she gets her soul back, head back to the protagonist's house and she'll automatically recover after a lengthy scene, in which you can enslave her and, if you so please, Julia.

That's also the final scene of this route.
