I'm not a submissive person by nature and I hate this route with a passion. None of this is a secret to anyone that's ever been on the wiki.
If you're dating Sarah, you can quite literally get NTR'd (yet another reason I hate this route with a passion) as Cass will steal Sarah away (doesn't bother me as I hate Sarah, but I hate NTR even more).
I don't remember the criteria for the milk pumps of the top off my head, I just know you need to be Rosa to be able to obtain them and I think you need to have reached certain floors of the dungeon with Cass being at some specific level. I think.
