The only criteria should be:

-Make sure you win the battle with Ashley (where she's permanently using Berserk)

-Use a Chakram on the Frost Queen between finding out she's not dead and before Ashley breaks her neck.

-Have Julia in your active party (she needs to be one of your 3 active party members) and in Normal personality. Might not be allowed if she's a slave? Not sure on that one.

-Speak to Erin and Eric at the monster ranch

-You should now be allowed to the back room and speak with Erin again to see the scene.
