Stamina is a stat in Adventure High.
The more Stamina you have left, the sooner your turn comes around. Using a spell depletes some Stamina, with higher leveled spells depleting more compared to lower leveled ones.
The stronger the spell, the more Stamina it drains. The less Stamina you have left, the less damage your spell deals and the longer it takes for that character's turn to come around again.
As of version 0.51, there's three ways to recover Stamina.
The first is to exit the dungeon and head to the Protagonist's room.
The second is to use the Rest command during battle. It recovers a small amount of HP and a small amount of Stamina, but it takes quite some time for that character to act again.
The third one is to bring Molly. With 150 Support Proficiency, she's able to use the "Recover" spell, which uses some of her own Stamina to restore an ally's Stamina.
You can increase your max Stamina by simply leveling up.
Trivia
- Prior to version 0.37, you could reach Negative Stamina. This causes your Act to increase rather than decrease. This was changed in version 0.37, in which it simply meant you dealt single digit damage at all times.
- Molly's "Restore" spell is the only spell as of version 0.50 not to have a Stamina cost. This is due to it being percent based, rather than a flat amount.
- As of version 0.50, Reese and Molly has the highest and lowest starting Stamina respectively (200 vs 30).
