Brittany's Escape is one of the routes in Adventure High.

In it, the Protagonist and Julia help... well, Brittany. Pretty obviously.

Brittany, being an alien, wants to get back to her home (and her sister). Due to, for some reason, being treated as both a human (she has magic) and a monster (cannot traverse through the barrier surrounding the city), she's forced to stick around, very much so against her will.

Julia agrees to assist Brittany in escaping and, depending on her relationship to the Protagonist, can either be vary of the Protagonist or grateful for the assistance.

Note that this is just a general outline for the route. It is NOT a walkthrough.

The First Encounter

The Protagonist first meets Brittany in her shop. If Julia is brought and in her normal personality, when asked about her ears, Brittany will confess to being an alien with no way of escaping through the barrier.

Julia asks the Protagonist to assist her, who (for the sake of this page) agrees to assist her.

This leads to Julia getting Brittany's help as well when trying to create a weapon.

Library Encounter

The Protagonist heads to the library and meets with Julia and Brittany in there.

Julia greets the Protagonist, who asks if they have been it at for a while. Julia confirms this and Brittany remarks that the barrier is amazing, with Julia saying that without specific spells, there's no way for the barrier to exist in the first place... so if it breaks, it's gone. No do-overs.

The Protagonist suggests that they somehow make an exception for Brittany, but Julia warns the Protagonist, stating that while possible, if a monster with a similar structure to Brittany would be able to enter the city, with there being a high chance of the Protagonist and Julia being banned from the city as a result.

Brittany, upon hearing this, says she doesn't want to cause trouble for them, with Julia stating that she'll continue looking into it.

Brittany is grateful for Julia's assistance, but the Protagonist can at any point during the scene while Brittany speaks enslave Brittany by casting a Chakram at her, since she's not considered human.

If Julia is not the Protagonist's slave, she gets disappointed and plans on researching more about how to get Brittany out of the barrier.

If Julia is the Protagonist's slave, Julia sarcastically congratulates the Protagonist on the new slave.

The Second (Library) Encounter

NOTE: This scene only seems to trigger if Julia is your slave, for unknown reasons.

Heading back to the library, the Protagonist once more meets with Julia and Brittany where Julia is researching the barrier.

Julia states the books she's been reading has been contradicting each other - it's as if the barrier has been destroyed several times and just re-created at different points. If the Protagonist asks if it's a conspiracy, Julia loses some affection and says that she doubts this to be true. Brittany asks if there's no recorded date in the books, causing Julia to say that there seem to be no consistent times for this.

If the Protagonist instead says that it might be a mistake, Julia gets an affection increase and comments on the fact that it's probable that it is a mistake, but is curious how that could have happened in that case.

Regardless of choice, Julia plans on going back to studying more about the barrier, promising to inform them once she has found something out.
