The following criteria has to be fulfilled: -Complete the Bimbo World NG
-Sarah must be a doll.
-You must complete Bimbo's Gone Wild (Bimbo World NG+ exclusive)
-Agree to give Val bimbofication powers at the end of the route
Once all of this is done, change Val back to a bimbo and Sarah will show up in the school hallway.
