Trust me, this walkthrough is a God damn *mess* which meets exactly 0 standards from our walkthrough guidelines.

To get Reese, simply enslave Cassandra, do NOT enslave Sarah and watch the dungeon chatter play out (there's four scenes - you should be able to access all of them if you're on floor 12). After that, head to the store and speak to Molly (if she's fired, you'll meet her in the streets). Agree to speak to Cass and head to the lake.

There, a lengthy scene plays out after which the Mysterious Revenge route starts. See it through to completion and you'll meet Reese at the forest to the east of the lake. Either give Reese the book or simply agree with Cassandra and cast Suppression on her at the end of the scene.
