Some basic guidelines for making a walkthrough for the Adventure High wiki.
No spoilers
Should be self-explained, but I'm pointing it out regardless.
Are you making a walkthrough based of the Live or Patreon release? Don't. If it contains spoilers (e.g new scenes), do not add them in until whenever the new update is coming out (this is based of your timezone).
Do not edit someone's walkthrough without permission.
Should, again, be self-explained. Unless you get permission from the creator of the walkthrough, do not edit it. You're free to leave a comment saying "hey you might want to add this" or "hey you might want to correct this". If there's a typo, leave a comment - if you're given permission, correct it. Exception being adding links and/or categories that's missing - that's just to help the walkthrough out.
We got links for days. Links for days? Links for days.
If you're adding something related to a wiki page, add a link to it (e.g if your walkthrough says "You'll now encounter Valerie," add a link to the Valerie page on the word "Valerie").
When in doubt: ask.
Not sure what character is what waifu/husbando? Here's a rundown for you (in no set order).
CHILDHOOD WAIFU - Valerie (originally "Your waifu is trash" - changed to be less biased).
DESTRUCTIVE WAIFU - Sarah (originally "Straight waifu" - changed due to adding sexuality to the info box)
TSUNDERE WAIFU - Cassandra (originally "Lesbian waifu" - changed due to adding sexuality to the info box)
GLASSES WAIFU - Julia (Fun fact: she was originally the only one meant to have a "waifu" tag on the wiki. It's been changed to "glasses waifu" to avoid possible whining).
TEACHER WAIFU - Dr. Tiff
BUSTY WAIFU - Ms. Rack (originally "Slutty waifu" - changed to make more sense)
EBONY WAIFU - Jane Smith
HOT WAIFU - Erin (originally "Hotness waifu" - changed to sound less stupid)
PARTY WAIFU - Ashley (originally "cray cray waifu" - changed so all characters have two word waifus - was either that or crazy waifu but eh. Might change in the future, though unlikely).
FLATCHESTED WAIFU - Molly (it was either that, nervous, or sisterly waifu. See why I picked that one?)
ELVEN WAIFU - Brittany
COUGAR WAIFU - Angie (she's not exactly in my top 10 MILF's so that'll have to do for the time being).
SEXY WAIFU - Victoria
GEEKY WAIFU - Kate (a.k.a Rescue Girl)
SWIMMER HUSBANDO - Reese
ANTAGONIST HUSBANDO - Drape
HANDSOME HUSBANDO - Eric
TBD WAIFU/HUSBANDO - A character with no set title yet. "TBD" means "To Be Decided".
(Disclaimer: the waifu tags are all selected by the wiki admin Furukawa and is not to be taken seriously. Unless you agree. If so, you probably have good taste. The "husbando" tags were mostly chosen by Hypnosis-guy, but approved by Furukawa.)
Can't work on walkthrough? Fret not.
If you can't work on it (being busy with real life issues or similar), don't worry. Just work on it once you get more free time (or want to).
English Only
Your walkthrough must be in English as it is an English wiki.
Adding walkthroughs to the Wiki
Add a page called [your user name]'s walkthrough. Due to this, you MUST be a registered Wiki user to be allowed to add walkthroughs (don't worry, it's free to register).
Once done, add it to the Walkthrough page, with a link to your walkthrough (link must say who wrote the walkthrough). Walkthrough does not have to cover the entire game, just a specific route if you want to. If so, list it as "Partial".
Transcripts? Why not.
If you want to, for some reason, add a transcript to your walkthrough, make sure that
-It's accurate (you can just C&P it from the wiki if it's present).
-Does not clutter the entire walkthrough (we have transcript pages for a reason).
Don't be a jerk.
If someone asks you something about your walkthrough, be as polite as possible to help them out. Don't swear every three words in your walkthrough - keep it clean and easy to read.
