Dr. Tiff the School Nurse
Dr. Tiff is the school nurse and Support magic teacher.
She is normally kind and gentle, but she is prone to frequent angry outbursts involving a lot of yelling and swearing. She is unable to use any magic at all unless she is angry. This is apparently because she mistakes her anger for focus and has poor technique. She is impulsive and not very clever, often finding herself easily outwitted by her fellow teachers and sometimes even students, though this is likely just a further extension of her anger issues and inability to cast without anger.
She used to date Ms. Rack, but their relationship did not last, because Rack would frequently make Tiff angry on purpose so she could use magic and others wouldn’t find out about her dilemma. At some point, she was cursed by Drape to maintain professional detachment from her students, though it is unknown whether this was over the course of the game or before. She also makes regular trips into the dungeon to retrieve students who have fallen.
Dr. Tiff Stars In...
Dr. Tiff plays a major role in the following routes:
- Heroic Route
- She initially confirms that Val was cursed, but she is unable to fix it or even determine where the curse came from, even though it’s super obvious.
- After fixing Julia's Mind, if you decide to push past Julia, Dr. Tiff will once again help the Protagonist in order to deal with Drape. In that case, it's by removing a spell that Julia is using to swap bodies with herself and the Protagonist.
- Redemption Route
- Somehow, Dr. Tiff found out about your harem, and now she is freeing your slaves.
- Hospital Harem route
- With the school nurse under your control, you are free to enslave even more students under the guise of helping Tiff with her care.
Enslaving Dr. Tiff
The first method requires three slaves, two of which must be Val and Ms. Rack. Complete Jane's second Private Class. Val will leave your party and explain that Dr. Tiff freed her from your control. This is the start of the Redemption Route. Ask Julia for intel, and she will tell you Tiff needs to be angry to use her spells. Once done, you may speak to either Cassandra if she has her Annoy spell or Ms. Rack. Regardless, once done, speak to Dr. Tiff and you'll enslave her.
The second method requires Jane as a slave, and to have started the Redemption Route as mentioned above. Simply bring Jane to Tiff to be freed. When Jane attempts to put the collar on her, simply allow her to do so and do not agree to Tiff's suggestion.
The third method simply requires you to give Ms. Rack the Mysterious Book and tell her to share it. This also lets you start the Hospital Harem route by telling her to help you enslave more students.
The forth method requires you to have finished the Berserker route and to start dating Tiff. When she tries to sneak into your room, Ashley will restrain her and you can cast Suppression.
Slave outfits
- Normal: She wears a nurse uniform, complete with a nurse cap. She has a tendency to fly into a rage at the drop of a hat.
- Mindless: She wears the same outfit as normal, though with blank eyes and only says a few words.
- Love Doctor: Her hair turns magenta and her crosses are replaced with giant pink hearts. She's very calm and tends to refer to the Protagonist (and possibly everyone else) as "love".
- Sadist: She gets a tight black and red outfit, replacing her nurse cap with a beret. She's very cold and generally looks down on the Protagonist, often flat out insulting them.
- Bimbo Form: Her already large breasts becomes even larger, her hair becomes dark blonde and her eyes turns pink. She's more than happy at the thought of pleasing someone.
Dating Dr. Tiff
You must have 300 Physical proficiency to date Dr Tiff.
Begin the Redemption Route as described in her first two Enslavements. Once you've freed all your slaves, speak to her and cast Flirt. Next, lose a battle. When you wake up, cast Flirt again. During the final line, when she says "You may go now," cast Flirt a third time. If you have the proficiency requirement, choose to hug her. Next, go to floor 15 of the dungeon and head back to her room. Choose to accept her advances. Go back to Dr. Tiffs Classroom and she will try to seduce the Protagonist (This Scene seems to be be random chance all you need to do is enter and exit Dr. Tiffs classroom until her icon shows up).
You are now dating a teacher.
Going on Dates
After you start dating Dr. Tiff, simply head further into the dungeon. Upon reaching certain floors (The deepest one should be floor 18), head back outside and Dr. Tiff will ask to go on a date with you.
Walking Together
After you start dating Dr. Tiff and have reached floor 17, Tiff will climb into your room to see you. If you have Ashley cured she will restrain Tiff as she tries to sneak into your room.
The second scene will be in the streets where Dr. Tiff will meet up with wanting to walk together to school.
Lunch Date
Once you’ve reached floor 18, head to Dr. Tiffs Classroom where she will ask you out for a lunch date. If you have Ashley cured and you tell Dr Tiff that you don’t want to have lunch Dr Tiff will lose some affection and demand why you can’t. The protagonist tells her that they need to go home to feed Ashley. Dr. Tiff will understand and will gain some affection.
Dr. Tiff's "Care"
If the Protagonist is dating Tiff at the same time as a student (Val, Sarah, Molly, Julia, Ashley) and she is in the party when the Protagonist loses against any encounter, a scene plays out in which Dr. Tiff has a very scary smile with a girl hanging in the background (head not visible).
The Protagonist asks if the girl in the background is whatever student the Protagonist is dating and Dr. Tiff confirms it, saying that the student needs some more time to heal. The Protagonist, knowing better than to question her, simply leaves. That character is now removed from the Protagonist's active party.
Entering and exiting the dungeon three times causes the girl to appear in the hallway and asks to speak to the Protagonist.
- Ashley explains she wants to speak with the Protagonist, but has to speak with Julia first.
- Julia asks the Protagonist to meet her in the library and asks the Protagonist to bring Ashley.
- Molly is visibly more scared than usual and explains she wants to speak with the Protagonist but not right now.
- Sarah asks the Protagonist to come with her to the dungeon and explains how she was tied up for a long time until she agreed to break up with the Protagonist. The Protagonist, shocked at hearing this, can either agree to help Sarah out by "fixing" (implied enslaving) Dr. Tiff or they'll pretend they're simply not dating for the time being. Regardless of choice, Sarah is willing to help the Protagonist out.
- Val says she has something to think about.
Faculty Control Ending
Testimony type: Good.
She knows that it’s wrong to be a slave but she can’t go back as your magic makes her feel ways that she never felt before.
Since it is impossible to reach this point without enslaving all 3 teachers, this testimony is unavoidable.

- She's incredibly ticklish.
- She's the only teacher as of version 0.75 to not be related to an ending of her own.
- Ms. Rack is related to the Bimbo World Ending, Jane is related to the Mysterious Book Ending, and Drape is related to the Trapdoor Bad Ending.
- She's the first character to have three different artists make avatar/CG of her.
- She was the second teacher to be added to the game.
- She has a medical bondage fetish, such as being tied down to a stretcher or having her arms tied tightly with a long bandage.
- It's unknown if she became a nurse due to this, or because she actually wishes to help people. However, it’s likely both.
- She also has a preference for strong partners, which is why she was attracted to Ms. Rack in the past.
- She's the youngest of the teachers (confirmed by Changer).
- She's the second teacher to have an alternate method of enslavement.
- Despite having no issue with threatening to throw students out of the window for being disobedient, she has a perfect record. However, the Protagonist suspects that it might be because she simply heals whatever injuries she inflicts on the students.
- She originally had red crosses on her clothes. In version 0.42, this was changed to green crosses due to the Red Cross organization having started to enforce their trademark on indie games. It was changed to avoid any legal disputes.
- She's the only character without a first name stated in-game.
- Changer remembers writing a scene in which her first name is revealed to be Amanda, but he cannot find it and refuses to use that name until he can either find the scene in question or prove to himself that it doesn’t exist.
- She's the last female teacher to be given an actual sex scene.
