School

From Adventure High Wiki
Outside the school
The school hallway
Ms. Rack's classroom. It's presumably red due to her hair color...
Dr. Tiff's room. It's blue, like her eyes. Maybe the color is for healing purposes...
Drape's classroom. No funny remark.
Jane's classroom. Why it's purple, I could not tell you.

"Seventeen years, eleven months and twenty nine days old is not old enough to sign the school's contract." - Valerie

The school is where most of the things happens in Adventure High. It's heavily implied that it's at least somewhat common for students to die in the dungeon beneath the school.

The Protagonist, Valerie, Cassandra, Sarah, Julia, Molly, Ashley, Victoria and Reese are all students there. While Derrick is also a student here, he is threatened to get expelled by his mother to work in the item shop instead. Kate, despite not being shown in any classes, is a student there as well, seeing as she can show up in the dungeon and is bound by the school rules.

There's five rooms in the school: Four classrooms and the library. Next to the library is the entrance to the dungeon.

There's four teachers at the school.

  • Dr. Tiff, the Support Magic teacher and school nurse.
    • Her room is in the upper right, beneath the library.
  • Ms. Rack, the Physical Magic teacher and Val's aunt.
    • Her room is in the lower left.
  • Jane, the Destructive Magic teacher, who seems to hide something from the Protagonist.
    • Her room is in the lower right.

School Events

Small Talk with Val

This scene happens as long as Val isn't the Protagonist's slave. She approaches the Protagonist and have some small talk. If the Protagonist says s/he is looking for new friends, Val loses some affection. If the Protagonist instead says her small talk could use some more, she gets more affectionate, as she loves teasing the Protagonist.

Variations

  • If the Protagonist tries to enslave Val simply by casting Suppression, she gets angry and storms off, realizing what is going on.
    • This unlocks a new enemy in her mind.
  • If the Protagonist casts Flirt on her, they share some more small talk and she gains some affection.
  • If the Protagonist casts Confuse on her, she loses her train of thought and leaves. However, if the Protagonist instead follows the Confuse with a Suppression, she becomes the Protagonist's slave.

Sarah's Curse

After seeing Drape's and Dr. Tiff's first classes, Sarah will walk up to the Protagonist, asking for help fixing her arms that has been cursed by Drape. The Protagonist can either say that Sarah deserved it, causing her to lose some affection or the Protagonist can say that s/he has a healing spell, casting Boost to heal her.

Variations

  • The Protagonist can at any point cast Boost, giving less of an affection boost compared to confirming you have a healing spell beforehand.
    • The Protagonist can at any point cast Grapple, showing a CG and Sarah becoming a slave.
    • The Protagonist can also just cast Suppression to enslave Sarah.
  • If the Protagonist refused to heal her, she runs into the Protagonist in the streets. She'll scold the Protagonist, calling him/her an asshole. If Val is present, she will freeze Sarah before she and the Protagonist leaves again.
  • If the Protagonist has enslaved Val, the Protagonist considers the possibility of enslaving Sarah as well.
    • If the Protagonist haven't enslaved Val, s/he doubts that Val would agree to it.

Study Loving Girl

After the Protagonist has gone to any of the secret notes classes, the Protagonist can meet Julia in the library.

She'll make a deal with the Protagonist: the Protagonist brings her any notes (fifth floor or lower) and in exchange, she will help the Protagonist out with whatever s/he might desire, including seeing his/her slaves - or Julia - topless.

Variations

  • The Protagonist can cast Confuse on her, causing her to push past the Protagonist and leave.
  • The Protagonist can cast Confuse followed Suppression for a lengthy scene and becomes the Protagonist's slave.
    • If the Protagonist instead casts Grapple after Confuse, a short scene with a CG triggers, after which she becomes the Protagonist's slave.

Former Friends

After traversing the dungeon, assuming Sarah isn't the Protagonist's slave, the Protagonist meets Sarah in Drape's classroom, where she gets bullied by a black haired girl in a red dress. The Protagonist can either let it play out, causing Sarah to attack her or step in. The former increases Sarah's affection, while the latter drops it.

Variations

  • If the Protagonist steps in, Cassandra will speak to the Protagonist and demand to fight a duel. The Protagonist agrees and has three possible results.
    • The Protagonist becomes Cassandra's slave.
    • Cassandra joins the Protagonist's team.
    • Cassandra becomes the Protagonist's slave - willing or not.

The New Val

After delving into the dungeon for a few floors, the Protagonist bumps into Val, who is strangely enough dressed as Drape, with her eyes blank. She says it was her idea, but the Protagonist is not buying it and says goodbye to Val for the time being. She merely replies with "Goodbye then."

Variations

The New Sarah

After fixing Val's mind and speaking to Ms. Rack, Sarah approaches the Protagonist, cursed by Drape. The Protagonist has to think of a way to fix her mind.

Variations

  • None. This is part of the Heroic Route.

The Cursed Librarian

Fixing Sarah's mind and being dropped down into a trapdoor, the Protagonist enters the library and meets with Julia, who explains that she's the latest person cursed by Drape. The Protagonist can either push past her or subdue her.

Variations

  • If the Protagonist pushes past her, the Protagonist brings Jane back to the library in order to fix Julia's mind.
    • After completing it, Julia swaps body with the Protagonist in order to get the Protagonist out of the library without Drape finding out.
  • If the Protagonist subdues her, the Protagonist brings Julia to Jane's room to fix her mind.
    • After completing it and heading back to school, a new student is present.

A New Opponent

After completing Julia's mind, the Protagonist meets with a strange, ebony girl who keeps spouting about how the Protagonist is not trustworthy and how people should avoid him/her. Jane soon appears and brings Victoria with her.

Variations

  • The Protagonist can either enslave Victoria upon coming home, shifting to the Tempted Hero route.
  • If the Protagonist chooses not to, she heads back to Jane.

Confronting the Protagonist

If the Protagonist has 8 or more slaves, Victoria confronts the Protagonist in the school, saying she'll find some way to get the Protagonist expelled.

Variations

  • The Protagonist can give her the mysterious book in order to enslave her.
