"Ahem... Well, you see, I'm an elf." - Brittany, when asked about her ears.
Brktnye the Enchantress
Brktnye, or Brittany, is an alien and also best girl (when it comes to NPCs) from space and will be referred to as Brittany on the wiki. She works in the enchantment shop and looks like an elf due to reading a book and thought that elves were a thing.
If Julia is not brought along (or if she's in any non-normal personality) and the Protagonist asks about her ears, she'll panic and realize she forgot to change them. She then claims to be an elf, causing the Protagonist to doubt her a little, but apologizes upon hearing that the Protagonist doesn't read a whole lot, as books are fairly rare. She explains that her name is Brktnye, but they can call her Brittany.
If the Protagonist asks about the store, she explains it's an enchantment shop before introducing herself as Brktnye, causing the Protagonist to ask "Brktnye?" but she claims she simply sneezed and that her real name is "Brittany".
If Julia is brought along in normal personality and Brittany is asked about her ears, she will panic and claim that she's an elf. Julia, however, will point out that elves aren't a thing but simply a piece of fiction, something that neither the Protagonist nor Brittany was aware of.
The Protagonist thinks that Brittany changed her looks to look like an elf, but Julia says she doesn't need to overreact to it all and remarks that Brittany is hiding a secret.
Brittany explains that the reason is that she's an alien who read that elves were a thing in a book, completely unaware that they were fictional.
She could enter the city due to not having magic but upon obtaining it, the barrier surrounding the city blocked her from leaving.
Julia will then ask if they can help her out to try and find a way to leave the city. The Protagonist can either agree to helping out or say that s/he prefers staying out of it.
If the Protagonist agrees to helping her out, Brittany will be relieved and Julia will ask her to drop by the library in order to search for a way to help her get out.
Back in the library, the Protagonist converse for a short bit with Julia and Brittany. Julia explains that due to the barrier surrounding the town, they cannot simply alter it so that she can pass through - if they do, a monster similar enough to her would be able to enter. In a worst case scenario, the Protagonist and Julia would both be banned from the city in this case.
Not wanting to get the Protagonist and Julia into trouble, Brittany asks if there's any other way to get around it. Julia promises to research it.
Enchantments and Costs
To enchant, Brittany must be in her Normal personality, regardless of if she is a slave or not.
You cannot enslave her and get the enchantments for free, because the Gems are magic in physical form which she needs for the enchantment process.
Level 1
Enchantments costs 300 Gems, 3 pieces of Slime (dropped by any slime-type monster) and 1 tentacle, which is dropped from a Tentacle Grape.
Enslaving Brittany
To enslave Brittany, you have to complete a few criteria.
First, you must have reached the third floor of the dungeon.
Second, you must have visited the Monster Ranch and gotten access to chakrams.
Third, you must have Julia - whether she's a slave, you're dating her or not is irrelevant. If she's a slave, she must be in her Normal Personality and part of your party (second or third slot does not matter).
Head to the Enchantment Shop and speak to her. When given the choice, ask about her ears. Next, agree to help her out. Go to the library and speak to Julia.
In the scene that follows, simply use the chakram on Brittany at any point. Because she's an alien - and as such not considered a human - the chakram works, allowing you to enslave her without issue.
If Julia is not your slave, she'll say she plans on researching some more about this little problem. If she is your slave, she'll just congratulate the Protagonist on his/her new slave. Whether it's meant as sarcasm or not is up to debate.
Faculty Control Ending
Testimony type: Good.
Brittany has no issue with staying the Protagonist's slave according to her testimony when confronting Drape, as the Protagonist has promised to help her figure out a way to leave once her mission is over.
She has no known bad testimonies.
