From what I remember, you CAN, but there's two criteria:

First, you must have 3 or more slaves (you cannot do it on the Heroic route).

Second, you have to do it on a specific line. She says something among the lines of "it's awkward that [she] is there" - cast it on that point.

If you're using the DL'd version, it's infamous for being bugged with a variety of messed up variables for no reason.
