Anyway, here's how:

Level Val to level 4, make sure she's your slave and in her Bimbo personality.

Speak to Ms. Rack and lie about Val's behavior.

Level Val to level 14, speak to Ms. Rack again and cast Flirt during that scene. Choose either option and then cast Boost.

Speak to Ms. Rack again for a lengthy scene in which Val reverts back to normal.

At the end of it, fix Ms. Rack (do NOT enslave her) and change Val back to a bimbo once more.

Speak to Ms. Rack for the ending to play out.

At the end of it, choose to start a NG+ instead.
