The scene in question is indeed Kate, but it has no content outside seeing that one scene.

For that scene, you need to meet with Kate and cast Charm on her, rather than Suppression during the same scene. When she asks you to cast Charm on her again, refuse and she will walk off .

Head to the item shop and speak with the shop keep, who will say there's "Stress Balls" in the store. The protagonist during that scene merely looks at Kate and remarks her breasts and hair looking familiar.
