There's two contract scenes. I'm not sure which you're referring to.
The first one is when you fix Ashley's mind. After defeating the Mind Berserker, Jane will show a contract and tell you to sign it OR you can refuse to (though you can steal it).
The second one is after seeing the 4th of Jane's private classes (unlocked either by fixing Sarah's Mind or by having 3 or more slaves - refer to that link for more indepth information).
Once you've completed either criteria, speak to Jane in her classroom. One of two routes will play out:
EITHER Jane enslaves Molly (does not shift to Tempted Hero route, as far as I know)
OR
You enslave Jane (by casting Suppression on the line "I order you to cast Suppression-".
If you want *both* of them at the same time, you need to get to Jane's fourth private class (requires the Transform spell). You also need the Confuse spell (refer to the spell list for more information on spells.) Those two require 50 debilitating proficiency and 200 physical proficiency (simply using spells from those spell trees or from the menu increases your proficiency; again, refer to the spell page for the amount you obtain from various spells).
Anyway, once you have both spells and attended the first three (requires Suppression (default), Charm (150 Debilitating proficiency) and Flirt (110 Support proficiency). During the fourth one, she'll tell you to transform into Molly.
On the line after Molly asks if nothing strange will happen to her, Jane will reply with "Not today". On this line, case Transform. Right after, cast Confuse.
Speak to Jane in her classroom again and then head home. Jane will be available to speak with in the Protagonist's room. Speak to her and then head back to Jane's room at school. Both Jane and Molly will now be your slaves. If you want them at individual times: you need to enslave Jane during the Contract scene and as for Molly, enslave her after completing the fourth class by speaking to her in the item shop. When given the choice, say you want to talk to her. She'll agree, somewhat reluctlantly. Cast Grapple for a scene and a new slave.
In regards to this walkthrough as a whole: I agree, it requires a lot of knowledge from various routes (and honestly, it was physically painful for me to read this when it was first added - it has not since been updated. Ever. I highly recommend Realr3sistance or my own walkthrough - Real's only focuses on enslaving students, mine on every route in the game, but it's currently imcomplete due to how massive it is).
