I have not updated my walkthrough for some time, but there are ways (as of version 0.50) to obtain all slaves in a single playthrough.
Long story, but here's what you'll do:
Start the game and DON'T enslave Val.
Complete her Mind Dungeon and cast Suppression on her (1).
Unlock Julia in the library by giving her the 5th floor note (Dr. Tiff class - any note works, but this is for another route further down the line).
Do Jane's first 2 private classes (make sure Val is in her Normal personality and you have a good relationship with Sarah OR have given enough notes to Julia) so you don't get a bad end. Do NOT do the final 2 for the time being.
Finish up the Heroic route until you get to Julia. Subdue her (DON'T push past her) and head home. Go back to school and confront Victoria. Head home, then agree to take her as a slave (2).
Start the Berserker route (if you haven't already) until you can purchase the Book from the store (available from that Ashley has been sent home and you retrieved her).
Head to the item shop so you get a Crystalizer, then head to the Monster Ranch and accept the first quest so you get Chakrams.
Complete the first 2 quests (during the second one, say "Sounds fun, actually") and agree to meet with Erin. Speak to her in the back room and talk to her about CHAKRAMS and YOUR MAGIC. During the second one, wait until she says "She doesn't want to be tamed today" and cast Flirt on her. Head home and speak to her. Cast Grapple (3).
Give the book to Sarah and she's now your slave assuming she has enough Affection (I think 40+ is needed) (4).
Change Erin to Mindless or Dragon personality and accept the last 2 monster capture quests. Complete those (only the 4th one needs her to be in those forms) and speak to her in the streets.
Accept to deal with Eric and head on in. If you got Intel from Julia about Eric, you can cast Flirt > Shrink. When the Protagonist says "Now for you", cast Boost for a unique scene. Otherwise, Flirt and Suppression works for a regular enslavement scene. (5)
Head to Ms. Rack's secret notes class (I prefer doing the 3rd floor note) and at the end of it, give her the book from the menu. Speak to her again and tell her "Suggest she share the book". Head to Dr. Tiff's room and tell her to help you make more slaves (starts the Hospital Harem route). (7)
Change Ms. Rack to a Bimbo, grab the 10th floor note and do her 2nd class to start the Bimbo Teacher route (thus why I told you not to unlock Julia earlier).
Finish Jane's 2 private lessons. During the 4th one, wait until Jane says "Not today, dear". Cast Transform followed by Confuse at this point. Head home, watch a scene, head back to Jane's room, you have Jane and Molly enslaved. (9)
Finish up the Berserker route, enslaving Julia and Ashley at the end of it. Have Julia in her NORMAL personality in your party and head to the Item Shop. (11)
Speak to Brittany and talk about her ears, then agree to help her.
Head to the library and speak to Julia. During the scene, use Chakrams from the menu and you'll have Brittany enslaved. (12)
Change Julia to Fanatic personality so you can unlock Cass (unless you did so earlier by having a high enough level on Sarah). Defeat Cass and cast Grapple to enslave her regardless of route chosen. (13)
Have Cass and Sarah (both in NORMAL personality) in your party and head to the dungeon.
Watch a scene and interfere during it. Watch another 3 scenes (all minor). During the 4th scene (starts with Sarah speaking to the Protagonist), agree to speak to Cass.
Head to the Item Shop and agree to find Cass.
Go to the lake (right of the school) and watch a scene.
The following scenes may all take multiple tries (except for the Cass scenes).
Head to the streets twice for 2 different scenes. Next, do the same at the lake. Your next stop is the item shop.
Head to the front of the school and speak to Cass. Tell her "Same here" for an affection boost and head to the forest (east of the lake) for yet ANOTHER scene. This scene only triggers if you've reached floor 16 of the dungeon.
Agree to help Cass enslave Reese and you have one more slave done. (14)
Go to the item shop and talk to Molly. Ask for free items and purchase until she's broke (enter the dungeon when you suspect she is) and meet her in the streets. Speak to her AGAIN, then head to the lake.
Go to the front of the school, watch a scene and ask what happened. Head inside the school, speak to Derrick and talk him out of dropping out. Speak to Jane in her room and agree to her plans.
Speak to her again and a scene plays out. At the end of it, cast Suppression. (15)
Head to the item shop and speak to Angie (the one you just enslaved). Say you want her son, then head home. Derrick is now your slave. (16)
