Because if so, yes, I have seen it.

As for how to unlock it: after you enslave Jane, speak to her in her class. She'll suggest you help her enslave more students. Agree with her (yes, it drops affection, no I don't know why) and then agree again.

Speak to her again (might have a dungeon floor requirement?) and another scene plays out in which you enslave her.
