The Submissive Route is one of the routes in Adventure High.
To access it, the Protagonist must anger Cassandra, either by backing Sarah up, or having enslave Julia and have her in Fanatic personality.
During the duel, lose to Cassandra and she'll declare herself the Protagonist's mistress.
The immediate effects to this is:
Cassandra is always in the second party slot.
If she drops below a certain HP, she will attack the Protagonist until she's healed back up.

If you have three or more slaves and given up Sarah, a scene occurs in the Protagonist's bedroom in which you can agree to give up the rest of your slaves. At the moment, you can only give up one.
Refusing to do so and speaking to Julia causes Julia to remark that Cassandra hypnotized the Protagonist to do so. Julia tells the Protagonist to meet her in the library in order to figure out a way to escape Cassandra's clutches.
