To access these transcripts, you must enslave Jane, either through the Magic Contract or by transforming into her during the fourth Private Class.

The transcript starts with Jane explaining the Protagonist what the Contract does.
The Magic Contract
Jane: So, are you ready?
Protagonist: For what, exactly?
Jane: Just a formality. I don't have a task ready for you yet, but now that your friend is taken care of we should arrange the contract.
Protagonist: Contract?
Jane: Of course, I did risk performing my half ahead of time, dear. Technically, you could walk out without signing a thing and I couldn't really stop you. Could I?
Protagonist: Are you... Trying to-
Jane: I'm not suggesting anything, just letting you know that I am going out of my way for you more than I should. Now, this contract will magically obligate you to casting one spell of my request at a future date, in exchange for one spell of your choice for me to cast. I've noted here that my side of the contract has been fulfilled, so I just need you to sign right here.
Sign the contract
Protagonist: That sounds fair... Huh, that is really concise.
Jane: I try to keep it very simple, dear. Magical contracts can be a bit dangerous if you write too much. Gives too much room for misinterpretation.
Protagonist: Alright. I've signed it.
Jane: Thank you, dear. I'll let you know when I have a task ready for you.
Refuse to sign
Protagonist: I'd rather not sign a magical contract...
Jane: Oh dear. I suppose there is nothing I can do about that. Just goes to show that you should always get your contracts done beforehand, right dear?
Protagonist: I... Suppose so?
Jane: Oh well. I guess I don't have any use for this contract, that will magically compell whoever signs it into doing one thing that the contract holder wants. No matter what it is. I'll have to... dispose of it properly so it doesn't fall into the wrong hands. I'll go get something to dispose of it with then, dear.
[With a seductive smile, she slips past you, leaving you alone with the contract.]
Take the contract
[Taking the contract from the desk, you hurry out of the room]
Leave now
Feeling like she was trying to set you up, you decide to leave the contract where it is, and get out of there.]
Fulfilling the Contract
Jane: Hello there, Dear. Are you ready to carry out your contract?
Protagonist: I guess?
Molly: Contract? I thought we were doing a lesson?
Jane: Oh, don't worry about it, Dear. [Protagonist], I am activating the contract now, you will be compelled to follow my instructions, understand?
Protagonist: I understand.
Jane: I want you to cast the suppression spell-
Completing the Contract
Molly: S/He already practiced that spell though, didn't s/he?
Jane: Yes, dear. Please don't interrupt. Wording is important here. As I was saying, I want you to cast the suppression spell on Molly, give her to me, and forget about all of this.
Protagonist: Ah... I...
Molly: Wh-What?? You can't!
Jane: Relax dear. There is nothing wrong with a student casting on another student, and this is just payment for a service I provided.
Molly: But... I...
Protagonist: My magic is... Working on it's own...
Molly: Ah... I... I feel it...
Protagonist: Sorry, I can't stop...
Molly: It... It's okay... At least you... Ah... Won't remember doing this later. Th-That... Mmm... At least I know you won't have to feel g-guilty over me...
Protagonist: Sorry Molly...
Jane: Oh geez, that's enough melodrama. You are both going to be fine!
Protagonist: But she's...
Molly: Ah... Going to be... A s-slave...
Jane: it's really not the end of the world, dears. You'll see soon enough.
Protagonist: I... I think it's almost done...!
Molly: Ah! B-Bye [Protagonist]! I... I'll... Ahhhh!!! That... That felt good...
Jane: Of course it did, dear. Now do you see that you were over-reacting?
Molly: Yes, Ma'am. It was silly of me to worry.
Protagonist: Ah... What are we talking about again?
Jane: Nothing to worry about, dear. You can go, Molly and I have some things to discuss.
Molly: Oh yes! Thank you, and um... Sorry about wasting your time!
Protagonist: Ah... Okay then...
Molly's Interruption
(If you cast Suppression on Jane's line "I want you to cast suppression-" this scene plays out)
Jane: Wh-What are you doing?
Protagonist: Following your instructions?
Molly: I thought she meant for you to cast it on me?
Protagonist: I already did that a while ago. It would be weird to test on you a second time.
Jane: Oh Dear... I don't know if you are beautifully clever or just lucky.
Molly: C-Clever?
Jane: I'll.. Ah! I'll confess! I intended to make him enslave you and give you to me... Oooh... Then forget!
Molly: That's awful!
Jane: Oooh yes... It is... Mmm... Y-You interrupted me and... Ah... Now the contract believes in his interpretation-OH! Of my order!
Protagonist: Which means...
Jane: Wh-Which means... Ah... I can't resist! The contract is forcing me to b-be unable to... Prevent you from carrying out your side of the contract... S-So... C-Congratulations. I...
Jane (Mindless): I am now your slave...
Protagonist: Huh... Well that's a thing that just happened then...
Molly: Um... I don't even know what to say about this...
Protagonist: Yeah...
Molly: I... I can't believe she was going to enslave me...
Protagonist: Sorry.
Molly: I-I need some time to p-process this... Don't worry I won't tell anyone else about this. I... I might need to talk to you later though... This is just... I don't know...Th-Thanks for saving me from her. I should go!
Jane's Extra Credit Classes
(This is a spin-off of the Mysterious Contract route and is not part of the official route. That said, the contract briefly shows up so I will allow the transcript to be present here.)
Talking to Jane after Enslaving Her
(After enslaving Jane by completing the private classes, have her in her Normal personality, then talk to her in her classroom.)
If you enslaved Jane through the contract, this scene doesn't happen.
Jane: Hello, Dear. I hope you came up with some plans.
Protagonist: Plans?
Jane: On what to do next? You own a teacher now, that's no small thing.
Jane's the First (Teacher) Slave
Protagonist: What's the big deal?
Jane: The big deal is, you can use this to claim any student you want.
Protagonist: You're willing to do that?
Jane: Naturally. Since I am your slave, it is your call how I use my power or authority, Dear.
Protagonist: Is that what the Chakram did to you?
Slave Teachers? I have them!
Protagonist: You are not the first teacher I've enslaved.
Jane: Oh, really now? Who else did you claim?

Protagonist: Ms. Rack and Dr. Tiff both belong to me.
Jane: Good. We should start to plan for your conquest of the school then.
Protagonist: Conquest? Hold on, what did that Chakram do to you?
Jane: The Chakram made me your slave, essentially. Molly as well.
Protagonist: She doesn't seem like a slave.
Jane: It's subtle. She doesn't understand what happened to her, but if you give her any order, she will obey. No matter what.
Protagonist: You as well?
Jane: For the most part, yes. Being aware of what happened to me allows me to... Not resist, but anticipate it's effects.
Protagonist: I don't have to worry about that, do I?
Jane: Of course not, Dear. I just want to see how far you can take this. I hope you won't disappoint me.
Jane's Help
(Talking to her again results in this dialogue)
Jane: So, Master/Mistress. I think we have more lessons to do.
Protagonist: With you under my power, I think I have a pass already.
Jane: I wouldn't be a very good slave if I didn't help make you become the best you could be, would I?
Protagonist: You also wouldn't be a good slave if you disobeyed my orders would you?
Jane: Hmm, you are on top of this concept. Still, I'd hate to see you fail after achieving this much.
Protagonist: I don't think I will.
Jane: Hm... Let me rephrase this... Wouldn't you love to claim more of your classmates for yourself?
I don't need your help with that.
(Choosing this option locks you out of the plotline, but gives Jane a boost in affection. For some reason.)
Jane: I see, still so confident.
Protagonist: I did make you mine, after all, Slave. The confidence is well warranted.
Jane: I suppose you have a point... I suppose I'll have to see how it ends up for you.
I'm listening.
(This choice advances the plotline and decreases Jane's affection. Again, for some reason.)
Jane: I am thinking we could do some more... hands on lessons.
Protagonist: That is what we had been doing.
Jane: Yes but as a teacher I could not allow you to keep your control over any student I let you practice on.
Protagonist: Yes, I was there. I remember.
Jane: As your slave, however, I could not help it if you gave me an order to allow you to do as you like.
Protagonist: You want me to order you to find me students to enslave.
Jane: Master/Mistress, that would go against my strict code of ethics. But if you did give the order... Well it's out of my hands then.
You have your order then.
Jane: Well, it can't be helped then. I will let you know as soon as I have found a suitable candidate. Then we can begin the next step of your training...

Jane: Are you sure? You do have the power and authority to...
Protagonist: Oh, yes I know. But as you said, it is a very strict ethical code you are following, I wouldn't want to make you break it.
Jane: Well, I mean, it is entirely your call.
Protagonist: No, no. You've made it very clear that is a line you wouldn't want to cross. So I'll respect that.
Jane: ... Yes... Thank you for your... Understanding...
The Contracted Slave
(Talk to Jane in her classroom again to get this scene)
Jane: Ah, [Protagonist], you are just in time.
Student: S/He's going to be my study partner?
Jane: That's right. For today you will be allowing him to cast her* magic on you.
*: Bug. Says "Her" even if you're Dan.
Student: What kind of spell??
Jane: It's nothing to worry about.
Student: You teach DESTRUCTIVE magic! Of course I'm worried!
Protagonist: I'm actually learning debilitating magic from her.
Student: Why?
Protagonist: Have you MET Mr. Drape?
Student: Okay... Yeah. I guess I wouldn't want to get tutoring from Dr. Tiff either.
Jane: Well, as much as I love hearing you two talk negatively about my coworkers...
Student: Right... So... How is this going to work?
Jane: Well, we're going to use a magical contract for this.
Student: A contract? Why??
Jane: S/He needs you to have no resistance for the first casting of his/her spell. A contract is the easiest way to do that. On my end, I will write here that I will count you as present for that note you missed in the dungeon.
Student: Alright... I guess I can do that. So... I sign here and... The contract will force my magical resistance to nothing... There. It's signed.
(CG showing the student, dressed in a red top, with red eyes and greenish hair, sitting and holding the contract, which is now glowing.)
Student: It's glowing... I feel... relaxed...
Jane: Yes, dear. The contract will help relax you and keep you from subconsciously raising your defenses. Well [Protagonist], time to cast your enslavement spell on her. She can't resist you anymore.
Student: Wait... What kind of spell did you just say?
Take her.
Protagonist: An enslavement spell. Here, I'll demonstrate.
Student: Okay...
Jane: You can feel how easy it is to cast the spell when your subject is in a state like this.
Protagonist: Yeah... It feels different.
Jane: It should. Even someone willingly giving in would hold at least some hesitation or restraint.
Student: Is the demonstration going well so far, Master/Mistress?
Protagonist: Huh... I don't think I even made her think of me that way.
Jane: She must understand the intent of the spell, and under contract is doing her best to accomodate. Now go ahead and give her another push deeper.
Student: I can still go deeper? It feels like I'm as...
[CG: The student is now in her Mindless form, has dropped the contract and has her arms hanging limp along her sides.]
Student: Oooh... Yeah that's... Deeper... What is... Your desire...?
Protagonist: For you to be mine, from now on.
Student: As you wish... I am yours.
Jane: And that's that. She'll never resist you, or your orders for as long as you keep her.
Protagonist: I might need to give you a taste of that.
Jane: I have no idea what you could mean by that. I'm entirely enthralled by you, I promise. Now... I'll just go ahead and help your new slave settle into her role for you. I'll let you know as soon as I find another lovely treat.
Let her go.
(This choice boosts Jane's affection... for some reason known but to God and probably Changer.)
Protagonist: Well, you spilled the beans so I guess I have to cast it. ...But I'm not keeping her.
Student: Keeping... Me...?
Jane: Why not? Is she not suited to your tastes?
Protagonist: You blew the moment by telling her what we were doing before I had the chance.
Student: Um...
Jane: Ah... I see. I do have a problem containing my eagerness to please you. I'm sure you understand.
Student: What are you two going to do to me?
Protagonist: We're talking. Just drop into a trance. Now.
[CG: The student is now in her Mindless form, has dropped the contract and has her arms hanging limp along her sides.]
Student: Oooh... Yes... Master/Mistress...
Jane: I'm sure you can overlook one little slip up if it means adding such a cute girl to your harem.
Protagonist: I could, but I won't. I'm going to do this my way. Understand? Now deprogram her and make her forget any of this happened. That's a strict order. We'll see if you can behave yourself next time.
Jane: I understand, Master/Mistress. I will do as you command...
The Allure of Math
(Talk to Jane once more and you'll get this scene)
Jane: Welcome, dear. You're just in time.
Protagonist: Got another study partner for me?
Jane: Even better, dear. I'm going to teach you a new kind of spell.
Protagonist: What do you mean?
Jane: I'm going to teach you Enchanting.
Protagonist: ...Is there any kind of spell category you don't know?
Jane: Now then, I need you to cast on this part of the board with your suppression spell. Hurry up now, we need to do it before your victim arrives.
Protagonist: Alright. So just cast... It feels like it wants to go to you...
Jane (who disappears for no reason): That's natural. Spells desire a target. Now, just push it into the board as hard as you can...
Protagonist: I'm trying... It doesn't want to stay...
Jane (reappeared): Very good. Now seal it with a condition. Say... "Looks at this exact spot" [sic]
Protagonist: Ah... Alright I'm... Whew... Okay. It stopped struggling.
Female Student: What stopped struggling?
Jane: Oh, welcome dear. I just finished working on our little wager.
Protagonist: Wager?
Female Student: I bet her I could solve any valid math problem she could write. If I win, she credits me for every one of her notes.
Jane: I'm sure you'll find this to be a challenge, dear.
[CG: an until now unseen girl is seen thinking while solving the math problem. She has brown hair and blue eyes, wears glasses and a blue hoodie. She seems to be struggling.]
Female Student: Alright... Well... If I carry this... Divide that... Simplify these... Then uh... I just need to... Wait what's-KYAAA!
[CG change: the word SLAVE appeared on the board and it glows blue, just like the girl's eyes. She appears to be mind-broken now.]
Female Slave: Guh....
Protagonist: What just happened to her?
Female Student*: Duhhh...
*: Damnit Changer, choose: slave or student?
Jane: Once the trigger occurs, the magic stored in the enchantment is unleashed all at once. Unlike when you normally cast the spell and work her over for a few minutes until she gives in, the entire process is condenced into a single burst.
Protagonist: I'm pretty sure we broke her...
Female Student: Buh...
Jane: Don't worry about that, Dear. I'll get her fixed up. Don't worry about a thing.
Protagonist: When you say that, I can't help but worry...
Jane: Good! You're learning! We'll continue THAT lesson next time.
