Complete Transcripts
Exactly what it sounds like - the Transcript is complete (minus possible typos/grammar errors; they're either an oversight or part of the game). It's unlikely for anything to be added to those transcripts in the future.
Transcripts that seems to have a cliffhanger (such as Val's Willing Submission) will be updated should information be added to them. They're listed as "Complete" due to it being unknown what will happen with them, if anything.
