The Dungeon is a maze that's beneath the school. Students with permission can go there, in parties of up to 3.
The Protagonist is always brought, along with up to two other members of the players choice.
If you've done the Submissive plotline, you can only choose one person to bring with you, as Cassandra will permanently be in your second slot unless you decide to break out of that relationship with her.
There's currently 15 floors, five Sigils and six Secret Notes.

If Molly is chosen during a NG+ instead of Val, it's possible to bring her into the Dungeon, thus having a full party prior to obtaining Sarah.
Trivia
- As of version 0.34, the floors 14 and 15 were added. Those are the first floors to have water in them, while all previous floors have only had regular ground.
