Molly is one of the students at the school and helps the Protagonist with Jane's personal classes.

She works in the item store and, if enslaved, can give you free items. Abusing this causes her to get fired and the free items cease to exist as Derrick will take over the shop.

She's a very nervous person, who is attending Jane's classes as an assistant to get enough credit to pass the school year.

Like Julia, Molly lacks any form of damaging magic initially. Instead, she relies heavily on Support magic, healing especially. She's the first - and currently only - character to have a spell that lets her heal the entire team at once. She currently only has one damaging spell, which is obtained from attending one of Ms. Rack's Secret Notes classes.

Similar to the Protagonist, she isn't aware what her magic is initially. She learns of this by touching the Sigil on the first floor of the Dungeon.

Upon obtaining her magic (only possible to see in a NG+), she'll say that "[she] feels as if [she] can heal people with [her] magic." Like a regular NG, the Protagonist merely remarks "...Congrats," due to being unable to obtain magic naturally.

She currently has three spells.

Succubus Molly

Giving Molly enough Love Potions causes her to turn into a Succubus, leading to an alternate plotline in which you have to feed her or she'll go crazy and escape.

In this form, her skin turns red and she grows large horns. There's currently no way to revert this.

Slave Outfits

Normal

  • She has a pink kimono and blonde hair. She's very shy.

Mindless

  • She only speaks a few words while wearing the same outfit as in her normal one.

Japanese School Girl

  • She's dressed like a typical Japanese school girl in a Sailor Suit. Her hair turns pink. She refers to you as 'senpai' (meaning "senior").

Outgoing

  • Her hair turns black and she's wearing a white top with a red dress and a black corset. She acts more like an idol in this form.

Trivia

  • Molly starts with 220 HP, making her HP the current highest starting one.
  • She's highly likely a year younger than the Protagonist as in the intro, the Protagonist is described as being one day too young to enroll in the School, meaning it's likely that Molly is eighteen, while the Protagonist is nineteen.
  • This is further evidenced by the fact she refers to the Protagonist as 'Senpai' in her Japanese School Girl outfit. However, it could also simply be for appeal.
  • She's in the same class as Sarah, Cassandra, Val and the Protagonist.
  • She's one of three possible characters to choose from during a NG+ to form a party with. The other two are Val and Sarah. Choosing her makes it possible to have a full party prior to getting Sarah, as Val will join the party by default as well.
  • Unlike Sarah, she won't object to joining you, but is worried she might not be cut out for it as she also lacks magic. Unlike the Protagonist, she obtains magic by touching the Sigil.
  • It's unknown who Molly joins if not chosen by the Protagonist.
  • According to herself, if brought to Ms. Rack's second Secret Notes class, she'll remark that she's not good at Physical magic and wonders if it's a good idea she tags along. The Protagonist remarks that she won't get better unless she practices, so she decides to give it a try.
  • Her least liked enemies are slimes, due to how difficult it is for her to clean all the folds of her kimono. Why she wears it is unknown, though possibly because she finds them comfortable.
