The Frost Queen is a monster in the dungeon that is also the monster's leader.

Her main interest is in enslaving female students and creating monster girls in order to take over the town.

If Julia has 1200 or more Support proficiency, thus unlocking Detect, and lost 2 battles against normal monsters and 2 against monster girls, the Frost Queen will kidnap the Protagonist and Julia in the dungeon, realizing they're lacking in damage output.

If Ashley defeats her, the Protagonist can enslave her by casting a Chakram on her before Ashley breaks her neck.

If she wins, she'll enslave the Protagonist, Ashley and Julia but if Julia has her bracelet, she'll kill the Frost Queen.

If she wins and Julia lacks her bracelet, it leads to a bad ending.

If the Protagonist decides to enslave her, she can be brought to the Monster Ranch assuming Julia is in her Normal personality. At that point, it becomes possible to see a CG where she shows her breasts.

Note that if Julia is your slave, you can (for unknown reasons) NOT complete this route. No, it doesn't make sense to me, either.

Notes

She will only kidnap your party if you don't have an offensive character on your team.
- If your party contains Val, Sarah, Ashley, Derrick and/or Reese, the Frost Queen will not show up, even if you fufill the other criteria.
  - In other words, your party must consist of the Protagonist and Julia. They can either by themselves or with Cassandra or Molly in the third party slot.
Ashley is adviced to be at the very least around level 30-32 to fight her, as she cannot be controlled and cannot recover her HP or Stamina.
- Giving her any of the enchantments makes it easier to complete the battle, even at a slightly lower level. However, even then, it's highly adviced you save before you attempt this battle.

Trivia

Her appearance seems to be based of a Yuki-Onna (Snow Lady) in Japanese mythology.
She's the first monster to be able to tame and have a CG play out.
