Cassandra the Manipulative Mage
Cassandra is a playable character in Adventure High.
While she can deal some damage, her spell list implies that she relied on the Confusion spell or teammates, similar to the Protagonist, to defeat their enemies.
There's currently two ways of unlocking her.
Party Role: Curses
Cassandra's role in battle is either dealing minor amounts of damage but inflicting status ailments to weaken the enemies or force them to attack one another.
Since she's always in the second party slot if you're on the Submissive route, it's highly recommended that the third member you bring either has high elemental burst such as Val or Sarah, or Molly to keep the party alive easier.
Cassandra Stars In...
Cassandra plays a major role in the following routes:
- Corrupt Submissive Route, where she is the Protagonist's mistress.
- Mysterious Revenge Route, in which she has accidentally changed the gender of a swimmer, who now wants revenge...
Enslaving Cassandra
There's three ways of enslaving Cassandra, one of which leads to her Willing Slave route.
The first one is to not have enslaved Sarah with Sarah being at least level seven. Speak to Sarah in Drape's classroom and back Sarah up. Cassandra will get pissed at the Protagonist and demand a duel. Head to the first floor of the dungeon.
There, Cassandra will try striking a deal. Reject the deal and defeat her in the duel - it's easy by casting Grapple a few times or Trip. Once defeated, cast Grapple on her in the scene that follows. She'll become your slave and default to her Mindless personality.
Otherwise, cast Boost on her four times while she has full health.
Every time you use Boost on her, she'll say something different. In order:
- Cassandra: What are you doing?
- Cassandra: We're dueling. Why are you healing me?
- Cassandra: If you're so eager to lose, I don't mind the free heals.
- Cassandra: W-What... What's happening...
Three options will follow at this point, which affects how she'll look.
- The top option just makes her wear a cow patterened bikini.
- The middle option causes her to grow horns and a tail.
- The bottom option causes her bikini to turn brown and her skin turns cow patterned.
At this point, you can choose to return her back to normal using Boost, or enslave her with Suppression, causing her to become your slave and defaulting to being a cow.
A third option is to ignore her, in which case a few scenes plays out at the school.
- During the first scene, choose either option.
- During the second scene, choose the top option.
- During the third scene, choose the bottom option.
Head back to your room and speak to her. Choose the third option and she's now your willing slave.
You can also choose to use Suppression on her during this time, causing her to become your non-willing slave.
The other way of getting Cassandra to show up is by having enslaved Julia first and changed her to her obsessed with you personality. She'll start boasting about how awesome you are. Cassandra will be informed this if you say you'll take down Cassandra without a problem.
Saying you're not looking for a fight causes Julia to calm down and Cassandra won't fight you, as she'll not be informed and, as such, not care.
Talk to her to initiate the battle required to recruit her as seen above.
Recruitment
In case you don't want to enslave her, you can read this route.
Go to Drape's classroom and talk to Sarah. Sarah must be level six or above for the scene to trigger. This is also the third one on Sarah's dialogue routes, the first two being her requiring help due to being cursed by Drape and running into Sarah in the town.
Once the scene triggers, she'll be harassed by Cassandra. Choosing to wait to see what happens causes Sarah to gain affection for the Protagonist, but Cassandra won't be recruitable.
Interrupting it causes the Protagonist to call Cassandra an ex-Prom Queen. Cassandra grows pissed at this and demands to talk to you in the hallway. Do so, then head to the first floor of the dungeon.
She'll strike a deal: Either you'll let her claim she won and she'll join your party without hassle, or you fight her.
If you defeat her in battle, which is very easy by using Grapple a few times, she'll say she yields. As of version 0.37, you can enslave her after the battle by simply using Grapple again. However, you can also simply use Boost to help her recover, as she's too afraid to go to Dr. Tiff. Doing this grants some affection and she'll join your party.
She also admits to having no healer in her party, as no one with healing magic wants to stick around her, thus she relies on making deals to get out of fights, or joining the Protagonist's party.
Dating Cassandra
There are two criteria in order to date Cassandra.
First, Sarah cannot be your slave.
Second, you need the Transform spell (200 Physical proficiency), the Shrink spell (400 Debilitating proficiency) along with the Charm spell (150 Debilitating proficiency).
Transform into Sarah in the streets or outside school, then cast Shrink. Afterwards, head into school and speak to Cassandra while transformed into Sarah.
During the scene, cast Charm and Cassandra will be overpowered by the spell, falling in love with the Protagonist. The Protagonist will admit to being who s/he is in reality, but Cassandra no longer cares, only wishing to date the Protagonist, referring to him/her as "darling" and "my love".
Willing Slave Cassandra
Cassandra is one of the characters you can make into a willing slave.
Requirements
The following are the requirements to be able to make her into a willing slave.
- None.
When confronting Cassandra, regardless of route taken, agree to the duel and during it, simply cast Boost four times as long as she has full HP.
In the scene that follows, it affects what she will look like (see her Slave Outfits for variations). Refuse to turn her back and instead meet her in the school. She'll be mocked, but whatever option you choose won't matter.
Speak to her again in the school hallway. This time, refuse to help her. Speak to her a third and final time, this time correcting her. Head on home and tell her you want her as your servant. She will, somewhat reluctantly, agree to become your willing slave.
Obtaining the Milk Pumps
After Cassandra becomes Cowsandra (a.k.a your willing slave), go to floor 13 of the dungeon and head to the upper left corner. As long as Cowsandra is in the party, the Protagonist will open the treasure chest.
Upon heading home, using them on Cowsandra changes her milking sessions, which is also the start of Cowsandra Conspiracy, as long as you have Tough Sarah in the party.
Cassandra and Sarah's Past
If you have Sarah and Cassandra - either enslaved in Normal Personality or willingly in your party - there's 4 scenes that'll trigger in the dungeon. The first one happens once you go there. During it, choose to break up the fight. The following 3 scenes are triggered simply by waiting long enough (you can stand still - note that you need to be further and further into the dungeon for each successive scene - it's safe to assume that if you've reached floor 15, you can see all the scenes - if you met with Reese, you cannot do the Mysterious Revenge plotline, so floor 15 is the furthest you should go).
During the fourth scene, Sarah will ask the Protagonist to speak to Cassandra on her behalf. Do so. If Cassandra is your slave, she'll confess to being in love with Sarah but also knows that Sarah is straight.
If she's not your slave and you try speaking to her, she'll simply say "I'm. Not. Fighting. With. Her." and refuse to go in further detail.
After she says this, by waiting in the dungeon for a while as long as she has enough affection for the Protagonist, she will request for the Protagonist to meet her at the lake. Even though she asks for the Protagonist to come alone, you can bring a full party without issue. There, she will confess to being in love with Sarah. The Protagonist can either speak to Sarah on Cass' behalf, or tell Cassandra to stop complaining and do it herself. Choosing the latter causing her to hesitate for a bit, saying she will but she can't promise when it will happen.
Refusing to talk to Cassandra simply makes the Protagonist remark it's too personal for him/her to butt in on. Sarah will be a bit disappointed and the scene ends.
If the Protagonist agrees to speak with Cassandra, simply waiting around for a bit causes Cassandra to approach the Protagonist and ask him/her to come meet her alone at the lake (note: you can bring other characters with you, despite what she says). At the lake, a scene plays out during which she admits to being in love with Sarah and the Protagonist can tell her to speak to Sarah, or tell her that the Protagonist will speak to Sarah on Cassandra's behalf. In case of the former, she will do so when she feels more prepared and in case of the latter, Cassandra is grateful but plays it off, acting as if she doesn't want the help.
If you leave the dungeon after the scenes where Cassandra is your slave and entering theItem Shop (if Molly works there - if not, you'll meet her in the street) will cause Molly to tell you that Cassandra bought a sex change potion. Head to the lake for another scene.
At the lake, the Protagonist will convince Cassandra to not change her gender. Instead, she throws the bottle in the lake where it hits a rock.
The Protagonist remarks that she should have disposed of it normally. Cassandra agrees to this. The Protagonist then remarks that it'll be a strange day for the fish - and for a nearby swimmer. Cassandra quickly says that they should just get out of there. They leave and the scene ends.
If you choose not to talk to her, then head into the dungeon with Cassandra and Sarah in the party, a scene will play out in which Cassandra says she's fucked up.
Sarah explains that she dated Cassandra in the past, but Cassandra became a crazy ex, so Sarah broke up with her. The Protagonist explains that Cassandra used a sex change potion on herself in order to change her gender, causing Sarah to remark that Cassandra shouldn't have done that, as it somehow causes her to change the past, without being aware of it personally. As a result, while Cassandra has no memory of it happening, Sarah does remember it.
Cassandra feels guilt ridden over this but also realizes she can't do anything about it, leaving it in the Protagonist's hands to either help Cassandra out, or ignore her. If the Protagonist tells Cass that the Protagonist doesn't plan on helping her because Cassandra is the Protagonist's slave, Cassandra will be very irritated and simply say "Fine... Master/Mistress."
Honey, I shrunk the manipulative mage!
If the Protagonist has access to the Transform and Shrink spells and Cassandra is a party member or willing slave, the Protagonist can cast Transform on Cassandra from the menu while in the streets. Shrinking her at this point allows for a scene but it is highly recommended to save beforehand as you cannot get out of her body!
- Presumably, this is because the full scene was originally meant for Sarah only. (All scenes spawn a Cassandra in the school hallway which can only be talked to by Sarah. Cassandra's version of the scene spawns Cassandra at the Protagonist's home, but she cannot be talked to either.)
Bimbossandra
After the completion of the Bimbo's Gone Wild route, change Val back to her bimbo form and head to the school hallway. Speak to Cassandra there and she'll reveal reading a note that Val wrote, saying that Val prepared a bimbo spell that morning. Choose to bring Cassandra with you back home.
Note that Cassandra lacks a sex scene as a bimbo as of version 0.62.
Cassandra's Slave
Should you lose the battle, you'll end up on the Submissive Plotline. During this, she'll permanently be in your 2nd party slot, meaning you can only choose 1 more person to bring. She'll also attack you in battle if her health is too low. Healing her stops this and gains some affection again.
Getting enough affection with Sarah if you play as Dan causes a scene to happen in which she tries to break you out of this relationship. Should you agree with Sarah's plan, you'll go back to normal.
If you decide to refuse to tag with Sarah, you'll enslave her and make her Cassandra's slave instead. You cannot change her personality if you choose to do this.
If you're Rosa, you must have Sarah in her Mindless personality and do the Library scene. Cassandra will work in on you and tell you to give up Sarah. Either agree to do so, which makes Sarah no longer count as your slave, or you can use this chance to break out of the submissive route.
Booking Cassandra
If you lose the duel between the Protagonist and Cassandra, but have access to the Mysterious Book, hand it to her when she says "I SAID. Refer to me as Mistress" (or something to that effect). She'll think that the book is just your way of showing that you're going to be her slave. Head back to the Protagonist's House and she'll end up your slave instead of you being hers.
Faculty Control Ending
During the faculty control ending, she is one of the slaves that can provide testimony for the Protagonist.
To get Cassandra to give you good testimony, one or more of the following must be done:
- While she's in her cow form, milk her five or more times. She mentions getting a fetish for it at this point which, despite the wording, is actually positive testimony from her.
- If you talked her out of using the sex change potion, she will mention this.
She gives bad testimony if neither of the above has happened, saying that if she was given the option, she'd take her freedom without a second thought.
Slave outfits
Normal
- In this personality, she's wearing a red sleeveless dress, a black belt with a large gem in the middle, complete with a white boa and having a bitchy personality, considering herself to be perfect. She has green eyes and short black hair.
Mindless
- In this personality, she'll act similar to a doll and only say a few words. She has the same appearance as Normal, except that she has blank eyes.
Maid
- In this personality, she'll remark that the room is filthy and insist she should clean it. She wears a maid outfit, complete with white long stockings and a pair of long white gloves.
Cow
- In this personality, she acts like a hucow, saying 'Moo!' quite often as well as calling you 'Mooster' (if male) or 'Moostress' (if female). Depending on what you choose if you enslave her using boost, she has three different outfits. Regardless of choice, her breasts are seemingly larger than normal - at least when milking.
- If you make her more docile, she wears a cow patterned bikini along with a cowbell around her neck. This is the default version of this form.
- Choosing to give her "a few new features" makes her get a cow tail and horns, along with said bikini.
- If you choose to give her a complete make over, her skin looks like that of a cow and she wears a brown bikini.
Bimbo Form
- Her hair turns blonde and her eyes turns pink. She's more than happy at the thought of pleasing the Protagonist or anyone else.
- She appears to become bisexual in this form, as she seems to wish to fuck anyone that moves.
- To transform her, meet her in the school.
- She appears to become bisexual in this form, as she seems to wish to fuck anyone that moves.
Enchantment Levels
Enchanting her clothes gives the following stats.

If you're on the Submissive route, she always picks this option.

Trivia
- According to the Protagonist, she's an ex-Prom queen. Whether this is true or simply to insult her is unknown.
- It's highly unlikely that she is an ex-Prom queen, given how the Protagonist just enrolled in the school. However, it's possible they went to the same school prior to the current one.
- When you defeat her in the dungeon, even if you use Boost on her afterwards, she won't have full HP on the initial switch-in. Instead, she'll be about 100 HP short of her current max. Simply heading into the dungeon, then back to the Protagonist's room, will fully heal her.
- As of version 0.55, you can charm Cassandra into dating you, as either gender.
- She does not have a date scene yet.
- As revealed in Drape's First Class, she was originally in a party with Sarah. However, due to them fighting as Cassandra was in love with Sarah (possibly because of Sarah's love for destructive magic and Cassandra wished to avoid Sarah to get hurt), the latter left the party and joined the Protagonist's party. It's unknown who Cassandra joined instead, if anyone (though it seems unlikely).
- She's in the same class as the Protagonist, Val, Sarah, Julia, Victoria and Molly.
- She will always join with Sarah during the first day of school. Due to this, she's one of two characters that is confirmed to be unable to join the party by default.
- She can't use potions on herself due to her magic. Somehow, it causes unintended side-effects if she does, such as her going back in time or going into different timelines.
- Despite having no dress code, she, Derrick and the Protagonist are the only characters shown to wear formal clothes compared to everyone else. However, it might simply be what they like wearing.
- Being able to fight her was added in version 0.13.
- Fighting her and losing prior to version 0.32 caused a regular Game Over to play out.
- Losing to her from that version onwards started the Submissive Route.
- Fighting her and losing prior to version 0.32 caused a regular Game Over to play out.
- Cassandra has the most amount of possible slave outfits, at five.
- Three of them are variants of the same one (her cow one), but due to each one having a different look, it's considered three separate ones.
- As of version 0.52, if she uses a Liquid Life on herself, she will inflict a random status ailment on the enemy (Confuse, Be Nice, Persuade, Heat).
- Prior to that, she could use them to heal herself without issue.
- In the old artwork, she has brown eyes. In the first updated, they turned gray with hints of green. With the second update, they turned green.
