"I don't fucking care what kind of Rack you were hit by! You are staying in this goddamn bed until I SAY you are better. THAT GOES FOR BOTH OF YOU. Now stay put. I have a class to attend."

Dr. Tiff the School Nurse

Dr. Tiff is the school nurse and Support magic teacher.

She has two distinct personalities: Normally a sweet and kind one but at the drop of a hat, she'll switch and fly into a rage, during which she swears heavily.

Every time you enter her room, there's a 1/20 (5%) chance you'll trigger a scene about two students being attacked by a "vampire". It's possible to trigger this scene the very first time you enter her room.

While not needed to start the Berserker plotline, it's a useful way to find out about it.

The reason she gets angry so easily is because she needs to be angry in order to use her spells. For some reason, she mistakes her anger for focus and as such, she won't be able to use her spells if she's in her calm personality.

She's an important person early on in the Heroic Route, but quickly disappears from it and is instead replaced by Jane helping the Protagonist out.

After fixing Julia's Mind, if you decide to push past Julia, Dr. Tiff will once again help the Protagonist in order to deal with Drape. In that case, it's by removing a spell that Julia is using to swap bodies with herself and the Protagonist.

She plays an important role in the Redemption Route, as she's the one who will change your slaves back to normal. However, with there only being a single scene in which Val confronts you and asks you how you're feeling, it's nothing important as of yet.

In the past, she attempted to date Ms. Rack, but it ended up not going well. The reason being, partially, because Ms. Rack did everything to piss her off - and to get healed by her. The reason for that is because Dr. Tiff can't use magic without being angry. Ms. Rack, as a result, did everything to annoy her so that she could use magic without issue in order to make sure that no one would find out about Dr. Tiff's dilemma.

Dating Dr. Tiff

To date Dr. Tiff, you must start the Redemption Route.

Once you've freed all your slaves, speak to her and cast Flirt on her.

Next, get your ass handed to you in a battle. When you wake back up, cast Flirt on her again.

During the final line, when she says "You may go now," cast Flirt on her again.

To be able to date her, you must at this point have 300 or more Physical Proficiency. If you do, choose to hug her.

Once done, head to floor 15 of the dungeon and head back to her room. Choose to accept her advances.

Congratulations, you're now dating a teacher.

Dr. Tiff's "Care"

If the Protagonist is dating any of the students (Val, Sarah, Molly, Julia, Ashley) and they're in the party when the Protagonist loses against any encounter, a scene plays out in which Dr. Tiff has a very scary smile with a girl hanging in the background (head not visible).

The Protagonist asks if the girl in the background is whatever student the Protagonist is dating and Dr. Tiff confirms it, saying that the student needs some more time to heal. The Protagonist, knowing better than to question her, simply leaves. That character is now removed from the Protagonist's active party.

Entering the dungeon three times causes the girl to appear in the hallway and asks to speak to the Protagonist.

Molly is visibly more scared than usual and explains she wants to speak with the Protagonist but not right now.

Val says she has something to think about.

Julia asks the Protagonist to meet her in the Library and asks the Protagonist to bring Ashley.

Ashley explains she wants to speak with the Protagonist, but has to speak with Julia first.

Sarah asks the Protagonist to come with her to the dungeon and explains how she was tied up for a long time until she agreed to break up with the Protagonist. The Protagonist, shocked at hearing this, can either agree to help Sarah out by "fixing" (implied enslaving) Dr. Tiff or they'll pretend they're simply not dating for the time being. Regardless of choice, Sarah is willing to help the Protagonist out.

Enslaving Dr. Tiff

There's three ways to enslave her as of version 0.52:

The first is to start to have three slaves, of which one must be Val, as well as Ms. Rack, as a slave. You must also have done the second of Jane's Private Classes. Val will leave your party and explain she found out what's been going on. Speak to Julia, who will tell you she needs to be angry to use her spells. Once done, speak to Cassandra if she has her Annoy spell. Otherwise, speak to Ms. Rack. Regardless, once done, speak to Dr. Tiff and you'll enslave her.

Otherwise, have Jane as a slave. During the scene where you can choose to free Jane, allow Jane to put the collar on her and then don't agree to Dr. Tiff's suggestion.

A third possible way to enslave her was added in version 0.46 - by giving Ms. Rack the Mysterious Book and telling her to share it, she'll give it to Dr. Tiff. This also lets you start the Hospital Harem route.

Faculty Control Ending

Dr. Tiff is one of the slaves that provides testimony for the Protagonist when Drape has released the control that the Protagonist have over the slaves.

It is unknown what her criteria for good or bad testimony are.

Slave outfits

Normal

  • She wears a nurse uniform, complete with a nurse cap. She has a tendency to fly into a rage at the drop of a hat.

Mindless

  • She wears the same outfit as normal, though with blank eyes and only says a few words.

Love Doctor

  • Her hair turns pink and her crosses are replaced with giant pink hearts. She's very calm and tends to refer to the Protagonist (and possibly everyone else) as "love".

Sadist

  • She gets a tight black and red outfit, replacing her nurse cap with a beret. She's very cold and generally looks down on the Protagonist, often flatout insulting him/her.

Trivia

  • She's weak to tickling.
  • She's the only teacher as of version 0.52 not to be related to a solo ending.
    • For reference, Ms. Rack is related to the Bimbo World Ending and Jane is related to the Mysterious Book Ending and Drape is related to the Trapdoor Bad Ending.
  • Her eyes turns red when she's mad at someone or something. Which, admittingly, happens a LOT.
  • She's the first character to have three different artists make avatar/CG of her.
  • She was the second teacher to be added to the game.
  • Ms. Rack, while a bimbo, calls her "Tiffy". It's meant to be a cute/teasing way of saying her name, so somewhat like a nickname.
    • Likewise, Jane will refer to her as "Tiffy" at one point.
  • She has a medical bondage fetish, such as being tied down to a stretcher or having her arms tied tightly with a long bandage. It's unknown if she became a nurse due to this, or because she wishes to help people. However, it's possible that it's for both reasons.
    • She also has a strong girls fetish, which is likely why she attempted to date Ms. Rack in the past.
  • She's the youngest of the teachers (confirmed by creator).
  • She's the second teacher to have an alternate method of enslavement.
  • Despite having no issue with threatening to throw students out of the window for being disobedient, she has a perfect record. However, the Protagonist suspects that it might be because she simply heals whatever injuries she inflicts on the students.
  • She originally had red crosses on her clothes. In version 0.42, this was changed to green crosses due to the Red Cross organization has started to enforce their trademark on indie games, so it was changed to avoid any legal disputes.
  • She's the only character without a known first name.
  • She's the only teacher to not have an inanimate play with scene nor an actual sex scene.
    • Her normal one only makes her reveal her breasts and says she's going to walk home like that, having no change of clothes.
    • Mindless is her masturbating while pressing her tits against the window.
    • Love Doctor is her giving the Protagonist a neck massage with her tits.
    • Her sadist version implies she's going to "play" with a female student.
